Why Email is Required
Your email is used to securely login to the DialApp mobile application. This ensures only you can receive calls transferred to your devices.
Get the app on your Android or iOS device
Multiple Devices Supported
You can install the app on multiple devices (phone, tablet, etc.) and choose which device(s) to receive calls on.
Sign in with your verified email to register your device
Once logged in, your device will be automatically registered
The device will appear in the available devices list on your PC dashboard
Important Note
You only need to login once per device. The device will remain registered and available for call transfers even after you close the app (as long as you stay logged in).
Configure your PC to send calls to your mobile device
You'll see a list of your registered devices grouped by platform:
Select one or more devices to receive calls
Click on a device to select it. You can select multiple devices - the call will ring on all selected devices simultaneously.

Settings Saved Automatically
Your preferences are saved on your PC browser. You don't need to configure this every time.
For future calls: Just click on a patient's phone number and the call will automatically transfer to your pre-selected device(s). No need to configure again unless you want to change your settings.
How calls work once transfer is enabled
Automatic Call Transfer
When you click on a patient's phone number or dial a number, the call will automatically transfer to your selected device(s). You don't need to do anything else!
The patient sees your pharmacy phone number on their caller ID
(Not your personal mobile number - completely private!)

Common Issues & Solutions:
🔶 "No devices available"
→ Make sure you've installed and logged into the mobile app at least once
🔶 "Email not verified"
→ Check your inbox and click the verification link, then try logging into the app again
🔶 "Can't enable transfer"
→ Verify you have an email added to your profile and it's verified
🔶 "Calls not ringing on my phone"
→ Make sure the app has notification permissions enabled and you're logged in
🔶 "Device disappeared from list"
→ Log into the app again on that device to re-register it
